Users need a variety of security functions and permissions to configure and work with the Content Browser SDK. We recommended that you start by assigning the minimum set of security functions and permissions listed below. Then, you can impersonate users to confirm that anyone configuring the Content Browser SDK has the access they need.

Security functions

• Access to Integration
• Access to the search API
• Authorize to log in using an API call
• Can access Swagger
• Can access the Public Workspace in Media Management
• Get Bulk Permanent Links
• Webhook Subscription

Permissions

• Users need View permission on at least one format to see assets in the content browser. They need Download permission to download assets.
• Users need both Download and Share own access permission to create links to assets from the content browser.

After you assign the security functions and permissions listed here, the asset browser continues to display only the assets that an individual user has the permissions and security functions to access in the Orange Logic platform.
